Acrylic is one of the most popular materials to cut with a laser, unlike most materials, acrylic sublimates (goes straight from liquid to gas) and there is no carbonisation as you may get with other plastics. The Laser is thin light beam so allows accurate and intricate cutting and can achieve sharp internal cuts required for Logos, etc
CNC routing provides fast and accurate shaping of materials in 2D and 3D geometry. Suitable for small and very large format workpieces, our CNC routing facilities allow us to undertake a range of creative projects
Using a long hot wire and heating the thermoplastic locally allows it to bend. The thermoplastic part is then placed into jig/fence to achieve the chosen angle and is allowed to cool and set.

To achieve Diamond Polishing your pre-cut Acrylic sheets pass through a specially designed machine. Sharp, fast-rotating diamonds run over the edges of the sheet to create a high-quality finish.
After acrylic is cut (sawn or routed) there is often the need to add a final polished edge. This is achieved by using an open flame to briefly melt and thereby polish the cut edge of acrylic
